  • Supported document formats: JPEG / JPG, PNG, and PDF.
  • Ensure images are not blurry, as extraction accuracy significantly relies on image quality and clarity.
  • When submitting a PDF document with more than 10 pages, the default is to process pages 1 to 5, with a maximum of 50 pages.
  • For PDF documents, 300 DPI is recommended, and the file should be under 20MB in size.
  • If your PDF is password-protected, it must be unlocked before submission.
  • Image dimensions should fall within the range of 50 x 50 pixels to 10,000 x 10,000 pixels.
